Mussel Tartare with Ouzo Foam

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh mussels From Greece
  • Lemon juice
  • Dill
  • Extra virgin olive oil Theo
  • Ouzo
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and boil the mussels until they open.
  2. Remove from shells and chop finely.
  3. Mix mussels with lemon juice, dill, and olive oil.
  4. At the end, add a little ouzo and stir.
  5. Serve the tartare on salad leaves and garnish with ouzo foam.
