  • 500g seafood skewers (squid Loligo Vulgaris, shrimp Vannamei 20/30)
  • 2 avocados
  • 100g pistachio crust Batavia
  • Extra virgin olive oil Theo
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Grill the seafood skewers on a hot griddle.
  2. Caramelize the avocados in a pan with olive oil and sugar.
  3. Serve the seafood skewers with the caramelized avocado and sprinkle with pistachio crust.
