Size:8", 180 Grit, 1.5" Wide, 1 in side walls, 1/4 in Radius corners. For 5/8" Shaft
- Precision Made Solid Aluminum body 8" dia by 1.5" with CBN on the face and 1" of CBN on each side of the wheel. Corners are 1/4 inch radius.. For 5/8 inch arbor shaft.
- Designed for use with slow speed 8 inch bench type grinders; 1800 RPM or 3600RPM
- Will never need dressing, or truing. Wheel Diameter stays the same, so you will not need to be keep adjusting your jig.
- Use with High Speed Steel (HSS)Tools Only
- Note: These wheels are made with very tight tolerance's. The arbor hole is precisely cut to .62504to.62512 inches. The shaft on many grinding motors are not as precise, and may be slightly larger then .625 inch. This will cause an interference fit. A little bit of emery cloth on the shaft will help get the wheel on.
