Grilled Halloumi with Watermelon and Mint

Ingredients

  • 250g halloumi cheese Strouthos, sliced
  • 500g watermelon, cut into cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Aged Balsamic glaze
  • Extra virgin olive oil Theo
  • Freshly ground pepper Batavia

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan and brush the halloumi slices with olive oil.
  2. Grill the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Arrange the watermelon cubes on a serving plate and top with the grilled halloumi.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
