Goat with Honey and Nutmeg, Served with Potato Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 goat leg (about 1.5 kg) Meat & Gyros
  • 4 tablespoons honey Kypseli
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg Batavia
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil Aenaon
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt Floros, pepper Afrina

Instructions

  1. Rub the goat leg with honey and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  2. Roast in the oven at 180°C for about 2 hours.
  3. Boil the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve the goat with the potato puree.
