Greek Yogurt and Honey Mousse with Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 500g Greek yogurt Mevgal
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g honey Kypseli
  • 50g pistachios, chopped Batavia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Batavia
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream:
    • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix Yogurt and Honey:
    • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
  3. Fold in the Cream:
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until well combined.
  4. Chill the Mousse:
    • Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Serve:
    • Before serving, sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the mousse for added crunch and flavor.
