Shrimps Salad with Avocado and Mastic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 500g Shrimps  Vannamei 20/30
  • 2 avocados
  • Salad leaves
  • Mastic dressing with Masticha Drops
  • Extra virgin olive oil Theo
  • Lemon
  • Salt Floros, pepper Batavia

Instructions

  1. Boil the prawns for a few minutes in salted water until pink.
  2. Remove the prawns from the water and let them cool.
  3. Slice the avocados and serve the prawns over the avocado slices.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with mastic dressing.
