Beef Ribeye with Peach Sauce and Thyme Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 beef ribeyes
  • 2 peaches, sliced Alterra
  • 100ml white wine
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Extra virgin olive oil Aenaon
  • Potatoes, sliced
  • Fresh thyme 
  • Salt Floros, pepper Batavia

Instructions

  1. Grill the ribeyes on a grill or in a pan with a little olive oil until cooked to your liking.
  2. Sauté the onion in the same pan until soft.
  3. Add the white wine and peach slices and let it cook until the wine reduces.
  4. Add the sugar and stir to caramelize the peaches.
  5. Fry the potatoes in another pan with olive oil and thyme until golden.
  6. Serve the ribeyes with the peach sauce and thyme fries.
